Nicola had an Italian butcher shop in the heart of Port Chester, NY where he was the most sought after supplier for consumer and commercial product. Walking into his small shop with sawdust on the floor, you would have found a variety of meat; fresh, aged, sausages and hinds of beef hanging.

His old world recipes handed down through the generations and now his son is the keeper of the tradition. He never settles for second best, creating the finest authentic Italian sausages with respect for family traditions and the ingredients.
